This is a rare, exclusive luxury boutique hotel, a 32-room property located above Agios Stefanos beach that combines traditional Mykonian architecture with contemporary materials, fabrics and design touches.
I love to spend my evenings at the intimate Grace Restaurant is located on the pool level and overseen by Executive Chef Spyros Agious and presided over by Chef Thanos Papastavrou on site. This time, I went for a long weekend so I decided to have an extra-long lie-in. lucky for me, the breakfast à-la-carte menu is offered throughout the day, along with mouth-watering light fare and fine dining options. As the sun sets, the bar area is transformed with innovative lighting and design touches to become a stylish space for guests to gather for cocktails before and after dinner. I just love the perfectly blended Grace cocktail, designed exclusively for Grace Hotels by the world- renowned bartender and global consultant Salvatore Calabrese.

The hotel is perfectly situated with easy access to town life, so whenever I feel like it I simply dive into the night scene. But this is also a quiet oasis of calm for those who wish to retreat from it. The property is complete with fully-fitted gym and a boutique spa including a large common steam room, sauna, hydrotherapy bath and a ‘serpentine’ shower for guests to make use of throughout their stay.
Those wishing to admire a carefully curated collection of contemporary Greek art will enjoy spending time in the hotel’s art gallery, created in partnership with the renowned Athens-based Skoufa Gallery. This is the perfect opportunity to see the work of some of Greece’s upcoming artists in a setting which lends itself beautifully to blending design with craftsmanship, with some pieces available to buy.

Next time I visit, I promised myself I would take part in the ‘Bespoke by Grace’ program, where Grace Hotels offers a diverse range of local experiences at each destination, Grace Mykonos provides opportunities for guests to immerse themselves in the culture with experiences unique to the island.
