Tommy Hilfiger, announces that designer Tommy Hilfiger revealed his Spring 2018 Hilfiger Edition collection at the 92nd edition of Pitti Immagine Uomo. The experiential installation is open to retailers, press, industry guests and the general publicfrom June13to16, 2017.

“We continue to celebrate our menswear collections with engaging, interactive installations that feature our latest designs, as well as the incredible digital innovation taking place in all areas of our business,” said Tommy Hilfiger.“I am very excited toreturn to Pitti for a second season to present our Spring 2018Hilfiger Editioncollection and take part in the great momentum that the men’s fashion worldis experiencing globally.”

Hilfiger Edition pays homage to Tommy Hilfiger’s storied menswear heritage, with time-honored classics reimagined for today. The collectionof updated American essentials, form the building blocks of a classic menswear wardrobewith premium fabrics and luxe details. The look approaches style with a modern confidence and relaxed feel – it’s elevated and sophisticated, with Hilfiger’s signature youthful twist. Inspired by the Tommy Hilfiger archive, Spring 2018 Hilfiger Edition celebrates Tommy’s passion for all-American originals in iconic shapes, bold sports colors, regimental stripes and heritage graphics.

Hostedinthe historic Fortezza Da Basso space, the installation is inspired by Tommy Hilfiger’s vision for the future of retailing, celebrating the innovative spirit at the heart of the brand. In addition to the Spring 2018 Hilfiger Edition presentation, guests are invited to browse theTommy Hilfigercollections through a variety of digital sales platforms and visual merchandising fixtures, including the brand’srevolutionary Digital Showroom.

A signature People’s Place bar settingcompletes the décor, and is named after the first store opened by Hilfiger in 1969 in his hometown of Elmira in upstate New York. In addition to fashion and rock n’ roll records, the original store created a hangout where friends came together to discuss, share and experience pop culture trends. The PittiPeople’s Place bar includes a customization experience where guests can co-design complimentaryTommy Jeans denim jackets using nano laser printing, hand-painting artistry and patchwork appliques.
